Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

We ship all orders within 2–3 business days of purchase.
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 per stand within the continental United States.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order—Turbo Tree Stand is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
support@turbotreestand.com
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Returns

We accept returns of unused stands within 14 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused and in original packaging.

• The return shipment must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Return shipping is not included and must be paid by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus the original shipping charge).

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@turbotreestand.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.
