Lift it
Position the tree trunk above the raised jaws.

Rest it
Place the cut end of the trunk on top of the jaw assembly.

Push it down
The jaws open around the trunk and the steel spike secures the base.

A 22-inch base, higher trunk contact and a steel spike help keep the tree straight and secure.

Simple removal
Step on the rim, loosen the trunk from the spike with a gentle wiggle and pull the tree straight up.
