What size tree does Turbo Tree Stand hold?
Turbo Tree Stand is designed for real Christmas trees up to 10 feet tall, with a trunk measuring 2½ to 5½ inches in diameter at the cut end.
How much water does the stand hold?
The reservoir holds approximately ¾ gallon. The open water spout makes it easy to check and refill without reaching underneath the tree or spilling water.
What happens if a bracket or elastic band breaks?
Turbo Tree Stand is made from thick, impact-resistant polypropylene, EPDM rubber, and steel. The elastic bands do not support the weight of the tree. They keep the self-adjusting jaws positioned against the trunk. The jaws, wide base, and steel spike secure and support the tree.
Replacement bands are available. If a structural component fails during normal use within the stand’s stated tree-size limits, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Does it come in colors other than white?
Turbo Tree Stand is currently available in white only.

Retailer and Wholesale Questions
Can a retailer receive a sample before placing a wholesale order?
Yes. Qualified tree lots, farms, garden centers, nurseries, and seasonal retailers may request one complimentary evaluation sample before committing to a wholesale order.
Please include your business name, location, buyer contact information, and the date your tree season begins.
Where do wholesale orders ship from?
Wholesale inventory ships from Iowa. Freight is quoted by destination, and landed pricing is provided before order confirmation.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We ship retail orders within 2–3 business days of purchase. Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 per stand within the continental United States.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Turbo Tree Stand is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect address.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@turbotreestand.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Returns
We accept returns of unused stands within 14 days of receipt.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The return shipment must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping is not included and must be paid by the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the original shipping charge.
